Single or double step Beta 2 vertical door, is motor operated and has a light structure for access point openings up to 3500mm and structural heights up to 5000mm.

The presence of an RFID safety limit switch and a sensitive edge on the movable panel guarantee maximum safety in the intervention areas when machine is running and manage automaticopening and closing of movable panels for product loading and unloading.

Door sliding is facilitated by a self standing gearmotor with a transmission unit on shaft to chain fitted with a counterbalance system which allows weight unload, which is carried out by cabled linear roller bearing linear rails with 5000km run.

During the design phase Accessafe engineers evaluate maximum push load applicable to the movement, machine cycle time and maximum opening speed as per workplace safety requirements in order to manufacture tailor made automatic doors with high quality components which guarantee functionality in time.

This door is supplied in a dedicated packaging along with assembly manuals, components technical sheets and CE declaration of incorporation as “almost machinery” as per current norms and standards.

All special doors are tested before going epoxy coating in order to check suitability of all components and compliance with customer’s requirements.
